If your parcel in the destination country but you still have not got your box, plese, contact your Post Office. Provide the Shipment Tracking Number to specialists, so they can look up for your package.
The delivery time is provided for reference and it is based on our own experience sending goods. Packages can sometimes take longer to be delivered, especially during busy holiday season for example. They also can be custom opened, which will add extra time for delivery.
